Items purchased through goliajewelry.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery (excluding custom made-to-order pieces).
To request a return or exchange, please e-mail our customer care customercare@goliajewelry.com (Dutch or English) including your order number and specify the item you wish to return.
Once you receive confirmation from us, kindly send the package to the return address provided in the confirmation.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return cost. For the safety of your return, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as GOLIA cannot be held responsible for any loss of your item(s).
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size, we offer free shipping on your new order (only within the EU). Please e-mail our customer care customercare@goliajewelry.com. We kindly ask you to return the wrong size or style by following the return process above.
MADE-TO-ORDER
GOLIA made-to-order pieces are custom hand-made, and thus, we do not offer refunds for these items. Any purchases made during a sale are eligible for exchange or store credit, with no refunds.
REFUND
GOLIA offers a complete refund for items returned in perfect, unworn condition and original packaging, including the packing slip. The item(s) must be returned unworn in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned or exchanged.
Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned item(s) will be credited to the bank account used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the payment is on its way.
Please note, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment and that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
