All Golia pieces, with the exception of 14 karat made-to-order pieces, are easy to return and fully refundable within 14 days of order receipt.

We only accept returns that are unworn, in its original packaging. 

All sale purchases are eligible for exchange or for store credit, no refunds. 

Orders placed before 12:00 CET. will be shipped the same (business) day. With the exception of made-to-order pieces.

We offer express world-wide shipping on all orders.

An e-mail confirmation will be sent directly after placing your order. As well as a tracking number once the order has been shipped. 

Each Golia piece is made from 100% post consumer recycled 14-karat gold, recycled sterling silver or high-quality 18-karat gold plating on a base of sterling silver. All metals and gemstones used for Golia Jewelry are certified and responsibly sourced.
