Returns
Items purchased via goliajewelry.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, with the exception of our custom made-to-order pieces.
If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), you can request a return authorization by contacting us at customercare@goliajewelry.com (Dutch or English). Please make sure to include your order number and specific item you wish to return. Once you have received a confirmation from us — you can send the package to the return address provided in the return confirmation. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return cost.
To secure the arrival of your return, we always recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your item(s).
IMPORTANT
We will offer a complete refund if the item(s) are returned in perfect and unworn condition and original packing including the packing slip. The item(s) must be returned in unworn condition in the original packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings may not be returned or exchanged.
Golia reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
Our made-to-order pieces are custom hand made and therefore we do not offer any refunds. Please shop mindfully.
Any purchases made during a sale are eligible for exchange or for store credit, no refunds.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
After we received your return, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed in the warehouse. Within 14 days your refund will be made to the original form of payment. A refund confirmation email will be send once the payment is on its way.
DAMAGES
If your item is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us within 72 hours from the date of receipt. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
