Made-to-order means we produce the Golia style of your choice in 14-karat solid gold custom for you. Please allow us 4-6 weeks for this process and note that all made-to-order sales are final, we don’t accept made-to-order returns. Please shop mindfully. 

The best way to know your ring size, is to drop by our Amsterdam studio to get your ring size measured. Or by visiting a local jeweler to have your finger sized. 

Otherwise: measure the diameter of a ring that fits your finger: place the ring on a ruler and measure the diameter of the ring - make sure to take the size in millimeters.

All of our pieces are made from post-consumer recycled silver and gold, using 14k and 18k yellow gold, and 925 Sterling Silver. All products are high quality and extremely durable.

We believe strongly in a circular future and on talking responsibility for our impact on earth. All of our jewelry is made from post-consumer recycled silver and gold, which consists of old silver and goldware, bought from local refineries. We produce in Italy and Indonesia, with small family-owned factories, whom we visit regularly and where we are ensured of good working conditions, fair payment and a good work-live balance for all their employees. Golia Jewelry is designed in Amsterdam and sourced, produced and handcrafted in Italy and Indonesia.

With good care our jewelry can last for a very long time. Even though our plated items are made from a high-quality plating which won’t fade easily, we advise not to wear gold-plated items in the shower. Also, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair products and seawater, and don't wear your jewelry during exercising and sleeping. For in-depth care advice, please check our Care page.

Our gold-plated jewelry is of high quality and extremely durable, however we advise to avoid too much contact with water and especially: shower gels, hair products, other lotions and seawater.

The best way to store your jewelry is in a dry and dark place. Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom or any other humid spots.

If you decide to clean your gold plated jewelry, please be careful to avoid the gold plating from wearing off. Use a soft brush and a bit of warm water. All of our 14-karat solid gold pieces so now and then need a gentle cleansing with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive wash.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a track & trace number. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few hours to update.

Please allow us 4-6 weeks to create your Golia 14k piece. We will keep you updated on this process. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking code will be provided via e-mail. All 14k order shipments are registered and insured.

If you notice any delays or issues while tracking your package, please contact the carrier for help. We are not able to provide additional insights on packages once they are en route.

If you want to return your item(s) please contact us (Dutch or English) within 14 days after delivery, with your order number and reason. *Please note that earrings may not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

Yes, please return your item(s) according to our return policy within 14 days after delivery. You will receive a full refund once we’ve received the item(s) in unworn and undamaged condition. In the meanwhile, you can go to our online shop and place a new order.

We will offer a complete refund if the item(s) are returned in unworn condition and original packaging including the packing slip. 

Yes. Customers are responsible for the costs of a return shipment.

Our made-to-order pieces are custom hand made and therefore we do not offer any refunds. Please shop mindfully.

Any purchases made during a sale are eligible for an exchange or for store credit, we do not offer refunds.

After we’ve received your item undamaged and unworn, we will refund you within 14 business days.
