All of our 18-karat gold plated pieces have a sterling silver core and require delicate handling. To maintain the quality, our advice is to avoid too much contact with water, perfume, shower-gels and other lotions. After each wear, store your jewelry in a dry and dark place. Avoid seawater at all cause. 
 

14-karat solid gold pieces need a gentle cleansing with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive wash every once in a while.

All Golia pieces, with the exception of 14 karat made-to-order pieces, are easy to return and fully refundable within 14 days of order receipt.

We only accept returns that are unworn, in its original packaging. 

All sale purchases are eligible for exchange or for store credit, no refunds. 

Orders placed before 12:00 CET. will be shipped the same (business) day. With the exception of made-to-order pieces.
