This necklace is a made-to-order product, which allows us to reduce waste, overproduction and encourage conscious consumption. Once you placed your order, our team will start working on your piece. We will keep you updated about this process. Please allow us 1-2 weeks to create your Golia piece.

This necklace is a handcrafted piece made locally in Amsterdam — using 14-karat recycled gold,  which consists of previously owned gold-ware. So now and then our 14-karat gold pieces need a gentle cleansing with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive wash. 

Items purchased through goliajewelry.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery (excluding custom made-to-order pieces). 

GOLIA only accept returns that are in unworn condition and original packaging, including the packing slip.

All sale purchases are eligible for exchange or for store credit, no refunds. 

Orders placed before 12:00 CET. will be shipped the same (business) day. With the exception of made-to-order pieces.
